A Love of the Coast

Desolation Dive Services Ltd. is co-owned by Mark and Chianne Benckhuysen. Mark has had a passion for diving from a very early age and his love for the BC coast, both on top and under the water, fuelled the conception of Desolation Dive Services Ltd. Being able to work on the water each day while being able to explore our beautiful coast and witness the amazing interactions with wildlife, never ceases to amaze him and his crew.

Mark and the crew take great pride in the management and cleanup efforts they provide to the BC aquaculture industry and are especially motivated on projects where they can remove large qualities of marine debris from gear and nets to sunken vessels and help to take care of our beautiful coastline.
